This is a 34 quart or 8.5 gallon stainless steel stock pot with a weldless ball valve and a weldless thermometer. The ball valve includes the high temp orings, bulkhead, valve, and 1/2 in. barbed nipple. All metal parts are stainless steel. The weldless thermometer includes a 2 in. probe, 3 in. dial face from 0-220 degrees F, calibration screw, high temp orings and bulkhead. All metal parts on the thermometer are stainless steel. This kettle is perfect for a brewer on a budget and works as a great start into all grain brewing.
