This deep amber pale has a very pleasant Cascade hop aroma, deep amber color and a white, frothy head. The hop flavor is balanced by the smooth malt richness. This kit includes the finest malts and hops needed to make 5-Gallons of tasty brew. Yeast is purchased separately. We recommend the California AleWLP001. A packet of 5 oz of priming sugar for carbonation and a packet of Irish moss are also included with this kit. This kit comes with complete and detailed instructions that are easy to read and follow. You will need to own all grain homebrewing equipment to brew this ingredient kit.
