This Economy 5 Gallon Stock Pot is crafted from high-quality 202 stainless steel, hammered and stamped from a single sheet for enhanced durability and strength. Its 0.5mm thick walls and bottom provide even heat distribution, ideal for home brewing or cooking. Featuring riveted handles and a matching lid, it measures 10" H x 12.5" diameter, with overall height 11.25" including the lid and 15.25" wide including handles. With a 5-gallon capacity (3 gallons safe for boiling), it’s perfectly sized for partial boil extract brewing. Note: avoid filling to handle level to prevent leaks.
