This Mexican Lager was developed and tested by our own brewing advisor, Liberty. He has put together an excellent partial mash recipe that results in an easy drinking, smooth brew.

Kit comes with all the grain and DME needed. 7 lbs. of grain, 1/2 Lb. rice syrup, 1Lb DME, 1 oz. of Irish moss, and grain bag. 1 oz of hops.
It does NOT include the yeast. We recommend Omega Mexican Lager or Imperial Que Bueno yeast - sold separately.
