SHIPPING NOTE: We recommend placing liquid yeast orders early in the week, with a 1 or 2 day service. If you have questions about your transit time, or how to best plan an order containing liquid yeast, please contact our customer service department.
Liquid yeast is a perishable product, viability can be reduced if not shipped under ideal conditions. We recommend that customers plan their liquid yeast orders so that shipments arrive within 2 days, and are not in transit over the weekend. We are not able to modify or delay orders with liquid yeast, we will ship them as requested by the customer.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.
